• Immediate logistical preparations
• Non-refundable contracts with third parties
• Non-recoverable personalized planning

4. Modifications and Cancellations

• Changes: Request 30+ days in advance (additional charges may apply)
• Client cancellation:
• - 30+ days: Partial refund minus expenses
• - Within 20 days: No refund (NO SHOW)
• Agency cancellation (force majeure): Full refund or rescheduling

5. Client Responsibilities

• Documentation: Passport, visas, permits
• Travel insurance highly recommended

6. Liability Limitation

We are not responsible for:

• Third-party services (hotels, carriers)
• Unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, social conflicts)
